ArkCo is actively hiring construction and design professionals based in New York City. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with NYC DOB processes, commercial fit-outs, and union labor coordination.

Senior Project Manager — Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. 5+ years NYC commercial construction experience required.
Construction Administrator — Provide on-site owner representation and design compliance oversight. Architecture or engineering background preferred.
Interior Designer — Concept through construction documents for retail, restaurant, and office environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
Site Supervisor / Superintendent — Daily site management, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance. OSHA-30 certification required.
Permit Expediter — Navigate NYC DOB filings, plan approvals, and inspection scheduling. Existing DOB relationships a strong plus.
